Contact your local SBA (small business administration) for finance help. You'll need a solid business plan to show. www.bplans.com (SBA will help with the business plan). Its ok if your income isnt high, but you should have decent credit.
Also try modifying your idea to see if you can start off smaller and just get a small business loan or a personal loan from your bank.

You need to write a business plan. A solid business plan, then you can move on to finding lenders for your product. Your plan should include where you want to advertise, how and to who you'd like to sell, Where will you get it, etc?
Once you get all that answered, you can approach lenders or investors for your startup capital. They have people and programs designed to help with this...
On another note, I assume you're not in management if you're pulling 700.00 a month from your job. Unless you managed another small business before, you may want to try something like Network Marketing. (ytb, quixtar, herbalife, travel reaction, prepaid legal, world ventures, xango, etc) These will all give you a good start for managing a business without a lot of investment. (anywhere from 49.00 to 500.00 to start usually) You'll learn how to manage prospects and inventory, cold call (possibly), follow up with customers, advertise, Become a awesome sales person, etc. There are also great opportunities to make money in all of these.
I personally know people who have made over 30,000.00 a month with certain network marketing companies, it's rare, but it is possible, and it's also a whole story in itself.
The other benefits are is it is a part-time business, which will help you will your school situation, and your part time job while you hold down the bills. After you start getting steady checks you may have no reason to actually need a loan.
The opportunity is endless. It's awesome to have the entrepreneur side of people come out.
Best of Luck!!

Sorry, you need to study some more and clean up that spelling. Get a regular job working for Servicemaster or McDonald's, or even an established printer. When you're older, you can try for business financing.
