Go to the obgyn when you find out you're pregnant, and they'll actually sew your cervix shut until it's time for the baby to be born. Your chances are good to deliver a healthy baby if you take care of yourself during the pregnancy.

I think chances are likely that you can still have a healthy baby, my mother gave birth to three kids in the mid 80's. My sister died shortly after birth and was nine weeks early, I was also nine weeks early but I survived and spent the first three months of my life in the NICU. My brother was also eight weeks early but spent only a few weeks in the NICU. I'm not sure exactly what's available nowadays but you should contact your doctor as soon as you know your pregnant, or you could discuss any options before you get pregnant. Find out what exactly the chances are and how effective any method used to prolong the pregnancy is and what the average day of deliver is for other women with an incompetent cervix, once you have all the facts you'll have a better idea how to handle the pregnancy and to decide if it's worth the risk.
