Does anyone know the statue of limitations on a suspendable sentence for a class D felony...example if you are on probation and get off how long do you have to be off to have another case's sentence suspended. I have heard its one or three years?

Greetings!
I hope this doesn't anger you...
I do not know the answer.
However, why don't you ask an Indiana Attorney or the assistant who answers their phone?
Or call the local Prosecuting Attorney's office in your town of question.
I am a native of Indiana and have sadly found out that my home state seems to change and bend a lot of legal matters.
This knowledge was sadly learned in a small 'good ole boy area' known as Vincennes.
Where I was told it is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$

Love and Peace to you.....
and GOOD LUCK!
