I've seen this before. I've actually read complete paragraphs of this stuff with no problems. It is very interesting. The brain is a very mysterious thing. Amazing what it can do.

yeah its pretty darn interesting the way that works. Another thing I find interesting is the fact that if you get a piece of paper and cover the lower half of the letters in a sentence, you can still make out the sentence fairly well. In the other hand, if you cover the upper half of the letters in a sentence, the sentence itself, becomes totally unreadable. Interesting indeed. Oh and you pointed out something which can come in useful when reading stuff. When reading stuff its useful to start of by reading the beginning and the end, if you want to remember it more clearly that is. It has to do with the same concept you described about the brain making out words regardless of the order... same concept here.
