I feel that I am the only white person there; There are never any white people working there. Do they not hire white people? People are never friendly to me. I smile and say hi but people just ignore me when I ask them how are they doing. They just say, what would you like to order. And my chicken is never fresh when there is always so much chicken there on display. Should I boycott these franchises?

I have been given less that favorable treatment at Popeye's and Church's, but not KFC. Every KFC I've been to has been pretty cool. I don't know if the companies give any kind of "be polite to the customer" training at Churches or Popeye's.
When I go to these places, I don't expect much kindness. If I get it, I'd be pretty ecstatic!
The issue isn't race, because the ones I go to are heavily mixed. Just attitude. I think the management needs some rework.

There is a Popeye's where I live; they are always unfriendly there and the service is so slow. I no longer go there.
KFC varies depending upon which one. The one close to my church (we have ordered from that one) has wonderful food but they are very, very slow and not friendly or even polite. There is an older one that doesn't look so nice, but the people there are so welcoming and nice.
I do boycott places that consistently have poor service.

Well..........yes, you should just not eat there if you don't like it. I don't eat at places like that partially for the reasons you mentioned. But it's not a racial issue. The people are just not paid much and they are the type of people who can't get a job anywhere else, partly due to their attitudes about life. So they most likely give everyone the same horrible service as they do to you. So don't feel too bad about it, just eat somewhere else. There are plenty of places to get good food without having to go through what you described.

First of all what are you saying? That people not of the Caucasian are just rude? Second at our Church's, I'd say 85% are black but their not rude. I never go thru the drive-way cause they are too slow but inside they are pleasant. We eat there alot at lunch and normally there's 2 different black guys and one young black girl and there all very sweet. Last time I did go to KFC a rather large black woman was not so nice to me and my mother and my son but she could've been just having a bad day. Now you wanna talk about rude....go to our McDonald's. I'm totally not racist at all. my husband is of a different race so our children are biracial but they are truly "ghetto" there. Whites and blacks. But that's just at that one McDonald's. Our other one is great.

ah guy what a tough desicion. church homes is soo sturdy yet its way too greasy, i recommend it appears like i've got been given wax on my lips after all the grease gets on them from eating. KFC is better than popeyes yet popeyes has the main suitable biscuits. idk too difficult
