Oh yeah its possible. There are alot of cool people on here that I get along with.

AI have many acquaintances but few friends,. A friendship requires a level of honesty and full disclosure that is a bit difficult when hiding behind an Avatar. We are born with our dispositions but our personalities are the masks we show to others. I think here we share those masks we are most comfortable sharing, or those we would like to personify. Friendship requires accepting and revealing warts and all. To be my friend it would require time, honesty, and gradual self disclosure of each others "masks" as well as each others dispositions.

I can count the number of people on here who I would consider a friend on one hand.
I don't have any friends in real life, so I can't count them at all.

Yes, there are some good people here on P&S. Just about all of my contacts are my friends.

Sure! :-) I consider P&S a family! (there are a few obvious exceptions) I have a few contacts I have emailed a few times :-)
