if your scared to tell him. then you guys aren't ready for it wait till you are ready and then when you feel this is the ultimate and without a doubt only chance for you to say it you say it and do not back down and say never mind if he saus pardon i didn't hear that because all he wants is for you to say it again and he will repeat it and respond with his utmost affection.

You can start out slow. Place little notes in his lunch or car that say you love him. He will probably ask you if you really do. Thats when you say it. Good luck!
