turn the heat up to 88 degrees
take a cup and scoop out water from your tank and dissolve 1 tablespoon aquarium salt, for each gallon in your tank in that water, so that means if you have a 20 gallon, you will need 20 tablespoons

Do partial waterchanges of 25% every day with the salttreatment, after it has cleared off you can turn the heat back down and do a 50% partial waterchange

hope that helps
Good luck

EB

Edit*
Never put meds in your tank, unless you need to treat a disease
If you put all the time meds in, your changes are slim to save these fish, because they will get resistant to the medication

Edit 2*
you mean your heater doesn't have a temperature control?
Then buy yourself an heater that is adjustable, they're about $12-15 for a 10 gallon tank, and also check that it is fully submersible

buy a medicine called Protozin its for white spot and i think its very good.

I used this myself to clear up white spot and it worked very well, i could see a big difference in 2 days and i only lost 1 fish.

Turning the temp a few oC helps but do it slowly you should maybe buy a new heater.

White spots are indicative of 'ick', a common problem with fish. To cure it, go to Wal-Mart, buy some Ick Away or other ick-treating product, and follow the instructions for adding it to your tank.

Have you tried putting Ick Away in the tank? I put a little bit in once a week to try and keep mine healthy.
