The recent answer omitted the important prerequisite of chilling the paper in the fridge prior to use.
Back to the question as asked.
Go for a chicken or lamb dish - vindaloo (hot) or a tindalooal (fiery) or a phal (explosive). Lots of water or lhassi and dont forget the fridge advice.

Well, I was going to say Chicken Rogan Josh - really nice and tomato-y but not that hot. What about Jalfrezi instead? With either vegetable or garlic rice, onion bhajee starter and keema naan on the side! Yum!

If you visit my old landlady in Bradford, she will make you the nicest Beef Curry ever. Except you are only allowed 2 Chapatis as "two is enough for any man".
