The only trouble you'll get is from your parents if you watch at home and get caught. If you watch in a public place, library, internet cafe etc..,you could be breaking some indecency law.

Very low...unless the porn you're looking at involves your equally underaged girlfriend. Then you'll be charged with some hefty crimes.
