dollar tables are downtown near fremont street. As for best Margaritas, that I am not sure. Margaritaville should have some nice specials

Margaritaville is fine if you don't mind paying the price

I prefer the $1 ones at Casino Royale just down the block.

$1 blackjack is pretty much extinct in Las Vegas - the only two places that I know of that still deal a $1 game is Slots-A-Fun generally has 1 table and on weekdays Ellis Island has a few tables.

There are no $1 tables left in downtown LV(I was in LV from 6/4 - 7/5 and spent 15 of those nights downtown)

You can play craps for $1 at a very nice casino near the strip, the Westin Casuarina has happy hour on weekdays from 5p-10p and you can play for a buck.
