That receptionist had no class and you need to speak to her superior. If the doctors aren't allowed to say what you've visited them for, no receptionist should be speaking for the audience of the waiting room. The same thing goes for pharmacies or ANYwhere you go to pick up your prescriptions. I had to pick up a prescription cream a few yrs ago for the excema I used to have on my hand. The girl behind the counter decided to TELL me the instructions that i could read for myself. And she was guessing &wrong. She hollered, "You rub this on your v@gina 3 times a day and you should start seeing results in about a week." She got everyone's attn, and they were breaking their necks to see who the nasty girl was who needed that prescription. I wanted to knock her out. Yet another reason why I switched from Kaiser Permanente.

Yes, and it was very embarassing because I was having a problem "down there".
I had to go but couldn't, and she blurted out "so you think that you have a sexually transmitted disease?" I wanted to strangle her.
