In all honesty, go for modesty. If you look like you're using sex appeal, it won't work. Buyers want someone who looks mature and that you're serious. And if you're too flashy then it shows that you also can afford expensive stuff. I've sold houses by wearing jeans and a polo.

when i am going to see people i don't know, i never wear any provocative things. I wear something very ordinary, because you can never tell: some people are religious, some have weird prejudices. They might think of you bad .
