Not the country, but the President. This man has sent the world into tribulation based on his war of aggression. He has turned a terrorist "group" into a Terrorist Army. The Muslims love this man, and wish he could run for a third term. He has done more to help Islam than Osama bin laden and all the Muslim "martyrs" combined.

I don't care for "warmonger". But a fair answer would be to say the US is the most active militarily. I hate this idiotic war in Iraq but it's happening not because we are out to enslave it's people or capture it's territory. In fact the last piece of real estate we kept from an armed conflict is Puerto Rico for the Spanish-American War. And they govern themselves.

The US has only declared war on Iraq and Afghanistan. Use your fingers if you have to, that makes 2. Osama bin Laden has declared war on the US, Britain, and so many more you'll have to use your toes. You tell me who is a war-monger.
