lose pounds quick [wit out spending all the time in the gym]
get on a slepping scedule [right now i go to bed at 3 am and wake up and 1 pm and for school i need to go to bed like at 11.30 and wake up a 6.30]

If you wanted to lose weight before school, you should have started earlier this summer! Just start eating 3 meals a day without any 'goodies' such as cookies, cakes, chips. You can continue to lose weight while you go to school too. Drink lots of water instead of sugary drinks like juice and colas.
I suggest going to bed earlier than 11:30. I say you should hit the sack no later than 10:30!!

I'm not sure it's possible to lose noticable weight in 3 days, and you just need to go to bed earlier! Try heading to bed around 9, so that you have time to wind down and actually sleep. By starting out going to bed earlier, it'll help you get up earlier. you can always start going to bed later as the year progresses.
BTW, my cousin in Alabama started school on August 9th, and in Maine, I start August 30th! But I've been at school every single week about 4 days a week (cheering practice!)...Good luck on your first day!!

Cute little procratinator aren't you! You should have started worrying about these things two weeks ago. Get up at 6:30 for the next two days and hope it works. The pounds thing is best done slow.

I wish I could go back to my school-days, so enjoy them, make the best of it, Yrs. after school the "fun & games" are over or not the same.

Alli may help you. It cut's your bodies' fat intake. You can't lose a noticeable amount of weight in 3 days no matter what you do.
