I'm assuming you mean "after 10% is subtracted."

x - 10% of x = 23770.53
x - 0.1x = 23770.53
(1 - 0.1)x = 23770.53

0.9x = 23770.53
x = 23770.53/0.9
x = 26,411.70

Add 10% to both sides to solve for X. When you do that you get
X=23770.53+10%
Another way of writing 10% is 0.1.

Therefore X= 23770.53+0.1
X= 23770.63

if you're asking what the original amount was with a 10% discount producing 23770.53, then x = 23770.53/(1-10%) = 23770.53/.9 = 26411.70.

Test this: 10% of 26411.70 = 2641.17, and 26411.70 - 2641.70 = 23770.53.

That just doesn't make sense. Are you trying to ask what is the whole number if 10% of it is 23770.53?
