Who would win in a ultimate battle Marvel characters or DC characters?

Marvel would win very quickly. They have a vast assortment of famous character, although they need to stop making movies about them all the time! They need to take like a five year time out!

the problem that would present itself with this is first this was done back in the 90's (amalgam anyone?), the good guys of both universes would team up to take on the bad guys of both universes. However if it would be a straight down the middle it would be very even.
As to answer the first question that you posted which comic company is better overall? Right now I am reading more DC than Marvel, however that is just my personal preference.
I cannot stand writer Judd Winnick anymore, his writing just annoys me.

Im a big marvel fan
but....if you really look they have basicly the same people diffrent name and diffrent places
it just come to the last man standing.
but a computer simulation would be nice to see.
