Well, he hates rappers that promote violence, drug usage, misogyny towards women, and excessive lifestyles. Although I don't agree with Bill O'Reilly all the time, you have to understand what he's attacking. You shouldn't be for those things either.

I'm no big fan of Bill O'Reilly's but actually agree with him on the Nas thing. I thought Bill was going to lose it, though - he had flames coming out of his nostrils while that guy he was interviewing consistently refused to answer the question. Because everything coming out of that interviewee's mouth was BS spin and cover.
And I appreciate rap. I am not a great fan of the music, but from a sociological viewpoint I think rap is very important - and most times the lyrics have great depth and meaning. But you cannot get away from the plain fact that rap (in general, and some of Nas's stuff in particular) glorifies the gun, the gang and the ghetto. And I say that as someone who counts Grandmaster Flash's lyrics among the most important of the 20th Century.
I think it is totally inappropriate for someone like Nas, to perform at V Tech after what happened there. I think anyone who thinks otherwise...how should I put it...is not thinking right.
On this issue, Bill O'Reilly gets my thumbs-up.

He listens to a lot more rapp music than I do.
He really knows all about rapp music and I must defer to his authority and advanced knowledge on the subject.
Nill O'reilly has been immersed in the Rapp Culture since childhood listening to nothing else.
The frustration in his primal libido has exploded in a string of tirades about rapp music welling up from his gonads.
That's right O'reilly is a closet rapper!!!
If you are shocked by Rapp music, an art form about the realities of life for a major part of our population.
But are not shocked by the conditions that brought about this form of expression and outcry than:
You may actually be as Ignorant as O'rielly Himself.

Who knows what goes through Billo's mind in regards to rap music. However, give Ludacris props for fighting back:
"Shot out to Bill O'Reilly, I'm-a throw you a curve
You mad 'cuz I'm a thief and got a way with words
I'm-a start my own beverage, it'll calm your nerves
Pepsi's the new generation - Blow it out yo ***!"
- from "Blow It Out"
"Respected highly, Hi, Mr. O'Reilly
Hope all is well, kiss the plaintiff and the wifey."
- from "Number One Spot"
"And it got to my head, and somethin' remind me
I know who let 'em in, it was Bill O'Reilly."
- from "Hoes in My Room"

Nas - kill kill kill - murder murder murder, yeah, that's a nice wholesome song to sing at Virginia Tech.
That was Bills message, that you failed to interpret.
