Mirroring a HDD SHOULD take no more than an hour or 2 for an 80G . . . Hell i move 150G to external drives in that time, and that's slower.
CALL HIM and shout "WHERE'S MY PC ?"

If they have the right stuff, it'd take about 15 minutes or so.
I do not know what guy you gave your computer too, but sometimes the independent guys slack off.
I would be more concerned if you didn't lose your rights to your computer if it was a business. Normally about after a period of time if you didn't pick up your computer or pay for it or resolve the matter through other means, like getting the police involved, they're in their right to sell off your property.

It can take a while, but it doesn't take since May. There's no reason it should take more than a couple of days, max.

not very long at all, mirroring (creating a mirror raid ?) or cloning the hard drive.... regardless.. it doesnt take more then a couple hours max

depending on size of HD, it shouldn't take more than 1 day.
call him and demand the answer, if he didn't do it, YEY, take your PC back, and look for cetified A+ tech, it might cost you a bit more, but it worth it.

well it depends upon which clor spectrum from mirrorya need as red is quick but blue can take longer. if ya see yourself in mirror and female can take days
