they should give out expert badges to everyone that reaches level 7. (similar to top contributor)
they should investigate before deleting an account. (and if they already do, they need to do a better job)

The violation process I think it should take away one hundred points for each one maybe then I would learn a lesson and stop talking bout my tiÂts.
