In the United States when do you think Late August is? 20-30th? I need to know because I am ordering something and it says its available in late august.

I would say more towards the 25-30th. The last week!!

I would be willing to bet on the last 5 days of the month.
But, keep in mind...most of the time when people say "late" in the month, it can turn into "early the next month" quite quickly.
