Even when sex is timed perfectly, you only have a 25% chance of getting pregnant. This is mainly due to the low quality of our eggs, and so not all can be successfully fertilized and implant correctly. 90% of women conceive within 12 months of trying.

Well not everyone gets pregnant right away from having sex just once. It all depends on what time in your cycle you are having sex. There are days were you can not get pregnant at all and others where chances are extremely high. I recommend doing the deed a couple of days after your period is over. Also you can buy a ovulation detector which is kind of like a pregnancy test but it lets you know when exactly you are ovulating and ready for impregnation.Good luck

Most people have to have sex a whole lot more then twice to get pregnant. There could be something going on but most likely you didn't hit the right time. Monitor your cycle so you know when you're ovulating. And yes 1st pee of the day is best!

It is possible to have sex and not get pregnant, it happens all the time. It can take a couple six months to a year to conceive. To up your chances of getting pregnant you should start trying to figure out when you ovulate. You can get a book called Taking charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler. You can also get Ovulation predictor kits to help you know when you are ovulating.

There is nothing wrong with you... Some people are more fertile than others and get pregnant quicker.
If you are like me I have TTC for 2 years and still have had no luck.
But if it has been a year or longer I would recommend going to a Fertility Specialist.

Are you serious? Why do you think people try for YEARS sometimes, before they get pregnant? Do you think they aren't having sex the right way?
With my first baby, I got pregnant right away, the first month.
With my second baby, it took me nine months to get pregnant.

Are you kidding me?
Hun, if women got pregnant EVERY time they had sex, the Earth would have a lot more than 6 billion people in it.
