Depends on what kind of frog you got, I know African dwarf frogs don't see very well. They see the food floating by out of their periphreal(sp) vision, they won't see food directly in front of them. Make sure you put the food in the filter output area so the food gets distributed around the tank. If you just let it float at the top, he won't see it.
Fish flakes, frozen/thawed bloodworms, frozen/thawed brine shrimp, they make a frog pellet food-but mine doesn't like those.

It depends on what kind of frog you have. If it is a very small frog, you may want to feed it brine shrimp/flakes. Larger frogs will eat cricket and/or fish. You really need to read up on the species since the diets do vary.

If you have African dwarf frogs, try frozen (not freeze dried) bloodworms.
If it's an African clawed frog, these will eat sinking pellets (although they like bloodworms too). Eventually, these will be large enough that they'll eat small fish.

Most pet stores sell fog food, you should try it. Most of the time you wont see them eat but they eat fish food.
