I haven't heard of Egypt being recognized as a classical civilization but I know Rome and Greece are both classical civilizations. The Hellenistic civilization might possibly be a third but don't quote me on it.

Egypt is not properly considered a Classical civilization, rather a Near Eastern civilization. However, in some university departments, there is no separate Near Eastern department, thus all Western civilization is studied under Classics.

Hellenistic is equal to the later period in Greek history, which includes Mycenaean, Archaic, Classical, and Hellenistic (after Alexander's conquests). The Minoans were not in fact Greek, they are an Aegean civilization and thus pre-Classical.

Many people also refer to ancient China as a "classical civilization," and even use the phrase "classical Chinese civilization."

If we're limiting ourselves to the Mediterranean world, then yes, Egypt, Greece and Rome.
