I know they take your bike and you have to get someone with a license to take it out of their lot, but what happens after? any detailed info and websites to answer this Q would be appreciated!! Thank you so much!

You'll get a ticket for driving without a license.
No points on your license (if you have one).
The bike will be impounded.
You'll have to pay the towing charge and impound fees after showing proff of ownership.
You can ride it away (they have no athourity to issue traffic tickets).

looking on how some time past it became the DMV could have a checklist of you having a motorbike license on their computers. a jiffy on the soulless DMV drones or dancing interior the bathe with somebody named Bubba its your determination. Me i might bypass to the DMV and loose a touch of my soul

Yeah its a moving violation. It also depends what you will pulled over for, expect a fat fine if you did something serious.
