Technical Question - How can I hook up a wireless camera to only a computer monitor?

If the camera has a "Composite" output you'd need a "scan converter" or "video to vga" converter unit to convert the signals to appropriate format.

No other way

Depends on the output options of the camera, but sounds like you'll need a PC to act as go between.
