That's an odd question. And the answer is: it depends.
Yes, everyone is different. And there are several variables, including breast size, fitness level (particularly, the pecs, since your pecs have a lot to do with how your breasts appear), number of pregnancies, number of births, whether the woman breastfed any children and for how long, whether she wore good support, etc.
You can have two 75 year old women stand side by side, sans clothes, and see very different breasts and very different degrees of sagging.

Why? Are you considering implants, and want to still look your age?
Some people sag sooner or later than 75. It depends on how active you are. Exercise keeps your body in good shape. Even at the age of 75. And size means a lot before your body gives out and starts to sag. Women who were small don't sag as much as women who were large. Men sag too when their body gives out. Some men look like they could fit into a size "A" or "B" bra.

Pretty saggy. The bible says 80 years is the most a person can hope for.At that age, your partner shouldn't care as he'll have problems of his own. Some females featured in National Geographic on African tribes are drooping to their belly buttons in their 30's(No support Bra),and they probably don't do exercises for the chest muscles.

I dont know but I remember a joke.
*A eldery ladies husband passed away. Stricken with grief she decided she could no loger go on without her beloved husband. She went into her close friend and doctor and told him her story. Feeling compassion the doctor did what he thought was humane and told her how to kill herself. The next day he was called into emergency, the old lady was there with a gunshot wound to her knee. He said "what happend, what went wrong?" She said "Jack *** you told me to shoot myself below my chest."*

That depends. If the breast is all-natural, then it should sag depending on how large the breast was when it was in it's prime.
Now if it's silicone, then it should be as perky as it was when the procedure was done.
