Answer choice D.
On land, amphibians could get back into the water if they dry up USING LEGS. Their moist skin allows to help them stay on land for longer periods of time. Why have moist skin? Because that's a way for amphibians to get water into their bodies. Lungs help them breathe on land.

(a.) because moist skin is uneccessary for land adaptation, also legs are used also to swim so they aren't fully a land adaptation. Premature frogs can have moist skin, and legs, while they don't yet have lungs. They would have gills.

1 - d 2 - sounds true. 3 - a (they're cold blooded) 4 - To lay their eggs in and allow their swimming young to grow and feed in; also to keep their skins moist and not dry out completely.

ehm... lungs and legs, but moist skin is in fact what keeps them from venturing further into land.

Snakes do fine without legs (I know they're reptiles, but the point is legs aren't necessary). Toads don't have moist skin.
