My daughter broke her ankle when she was in 6th grade. The orthopedic surgeon said she only had maybe an inch left to grow based on what her growth plates looked like on her x-rays. She ended up growing another 2 to 3 inches. So even when the doctor says you won't grow any more, it isn't set in stone. The only thing you can do is be patient and see what happens.
Also from someone who is 4' 11 1/2", being short isn't so bad.

Not everyone stops growing after their period. Some grow till high school or even later, because all people are different. If your family is big and you're small, of course you'll grow some more!

No, that's not true at all. I kept growing years after I got my period at thirteen. I didn't stop growing until I was 19 years old. You can also ask your doctor, they may have a good idea on how tall you will eventually be.

That isn't true. Girls don't stop growing until they are 18-21. It doesn't matter when they got their period. If your parents are both tall, you probably will be too.

I do not know where you heard that, but it is not true. I started at 12 years old and was only 4ft 9". I grew to be 5ft when I was 19 years old. My boobs were small, and now I wear a C cup.

Hah, nice try. You keep growing until you're at least 18. You just haven't hit your growth spurt yet. Just be patient and it will come.
