When I'm really hungry I try to figure out what I have a taste for (i.e.- salty, sweet, starchy, spicy, etc...). Most of the time I want something from a carry-out place like a sub, pizza, or chinese. I will hunt for a coupon and then call them and order. While I'm waiting for the food, I will eat some bread or crackers to temporarily help me. I hate feeling hunger. I love eating but the problem is that I eat until I'm past full, which then becomes uncomfortable. I think a lot of people do that. Anyway, that is my experience!

When I'm really hungry, I would make a home-cooked meal. If I'm on the road and I'm very hungry, I would go to any fast food restaurant that I see, preferably Wendy's or White Castle.

Wow, when I'm REALLY hungry I try to deter it for all of um, 5 seconds lol. That's when I begin the hunt. I head to the kitchen weighing my options, do i want sweet, salty, spicy (preferably spicy) but then I stop halfway there....I FORGOT TO PICK UP THE GROCERIES. LOL. So, I grab the keys, head to my (mustang) and figure out if I want something sweet,spicy, salty..lol...chinese,pizza,sub. Then I STOP...halfway out the driveway and think....I THOUGHT MY NEW DIET PLAN STARTED TODAY. Then I sit there for all of um, 5 seconds, and head to Burger King! Where I can get sweet(shake),spicy(chicken sandwhich), AND salty(french fries) lolll. (When I'm REALLY hungry it bugs me out, like how in the world can a person be this hungry!? LOL.)

i eat food and watch t.v. but when I am hungry I really crave fast foods for some reason and I don't even eat a lot of fast foods.

I go to the all-you-can-eat buffet place, if you go out of there hungry, it's your own fault.

I eat food, if I'm at home I eat snacks, but if I'm at work I go to either subway, mcdonalds or kfc.
