It should grow about 0.5-1inch in month if it has a good anough size tank,

No problems, plecos are generally not hunters and wont eat any fish thats capable of swimming away. They may attack large slow moving fish like fancy goldfish, discus etc and suck their slime coat, but something active like a small cichlid is safe. The two fish may eventually get too big for a 55g tank, but thats going to take a little while. They will be fine in there for a while. Ian

You already asked this question multiple times. It isn't going to grow faster just because you ask it to. It will grow as fast as it grows.

Meals rich in protein like blood worms and brine shrimp will increase its growth rate. Expect a little more than 1 inch per month until it reaches about 8 inches, then it will begin to slow down.

MEASURE YOU FISH THEN EVERY MONTH MEASURE AGAIN THEN WHEN YOU HAVE A FEW MONTHS YOU CAN TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS AND FIGURE OUT AN AVERAGE OTHER THEN THAT I DONT KNOW
