I'd say number 6 since the text is not so bold as the others and it matches the sheeps.

I better choose number 7, it will give more emphasis to the title. In advertising the important is the eye catching fonts, that clearly representing the business...7 is the best...

None of the logo was clear. But then if you want me to pick the one which I like it is 7.
