First at all.....I dont chat with strangers.. Lebanon category is a great family and the regulars know each other from long time.We shared photos from family, call each others in the phone, supported everyone when needed, are happy when something nice happens to someone, and get sad when happens the contrary. We also use to chat on MSN or Yahoo. So no strangers..
Now...about your question........they sometimes say that I'll have roots instead of feet for the long time I spend at the pc. lol

I can relate to what Kate says. I have neglected things to spend time here, it is an addiction whether we like it or not.
But we have become part of each other's life so we do miss each other if we spend time away.

My parents are not cool with it cuz their have been some sh*t going on the internet and i kinda dont blame them,but my sis and friends know i chat and they and i know im not a person that can be swallowed or stupid to do something!

they take the Yahoo Q&A normally...but they think it's too much.
as for the MSN i don't really talk to strangers only few
they can be counted on one hand
and my family knows i would never do anything stupid

Congratulations Tam...Is this your first question ? Well , " you know who" doesn't mind as long as it doesn't interfere with family stuff !
If it's a choice of this or television there's no contest & there's no problem.
However, our daughters were very concerned because they thought I was at risk of being corrupted or something....little do they know that it is too late for that! lol
I guess it's a question of balance......I'm still trying to find that !

no one is a stranger here , and I don't chat with any one else other that my family here and the Egyptian one .
and my brothers hate it cz I stay toooooooo long

Oh my...lol...ya well...my husband doesn't really like me spending so much time online, he threatened to cancel our internet subscription many times...lol...I must admit, I'm neglecting my house, my kids, my husband, my life...but I need this internet friendship, it means a lot to me

My mum always tells me off....my sister is ok about it cos she trusts me a lot so she knows that i won't do anything stupid.
