Are you sure you know what you're doing? My mom stepped off a curb wrong 2yrs ago and fractured her ankle. She has permanent screws in her ankle. She was in a wheel chair for awhile then used walkers and the pain is long term. She still protects her foot. Has a permanent limp and doesn't have all range of movement back. Last year my neighbor fell off a latter at work and broke his elbow. He just went in for a second operation to fix the first one. After the first one, his arm healed and couldn't straighten it. It stayed in a 90 degree angle. Even after months of rehab. I saw him the other day and his arm looks straighter but still, do you know what you're doing? No offense but it sounds like you need a therapist instead. One more thing. I hope you have your own health insurance. I hope you don't expect us tax payers to cover you.

other than pure dumb luck then there really is no other way
if you want to intentionally fracture an ankle well smashing it is the only sure fire way
But if you need to fake and injury, just go to the Orthopedist, and pretend it hurts,
thats the only safe way to fake an injury
just because its not broken, doesn't mean something isn't actually wrong with it,
*** If your doing it for drugs well your screwed
but if your trying to get out of doing something then this will work temporarily

Go to the Bada-Bing say something offensive to the Italian Americans who frequent the establishment then you will have a broken leg among other things.

No advise. Just remember you could end up with a permanent injury there. Or you might need surgery to fix what you did to it. Be careful and really think this over.

Well you pretty much narrowed down your options to nothing.
To break your leg it's gonna hurt. That's just a fact.

is this another of those inane questions that i see which look more like a desperate plea for attention than an honest quest for answers.

get someone to help by standing firmly on your foot and push you down, a girlfriend of mines boyfriend did this to her in an arguement. or stick your own foot in a tight spot and throw yourself down. i don't know why you would want this, it's not worth it. please reconsider.
