Rove is nothing but a propagandist though he should be punished for outing a CIA operative.Cheney for sure. He's still in the white house regardless of his crimes.Under Dick Cheney, the office of the vice president has been transformed from a tiny acorn into an unprecedented giant oak. In grasping and exercising presidential powers, Cheney has dulled political accountability and concocted theories for evading the law and Constitution that would have embarrassed King George III. The most recent invention we know of is the vice president's insistence that an executive order governing the handling of classified information in the executive branch does not reach his office because he also serves as president of the Senate. In other words, the vice president is a unique legislative-executive creature standing above and beyond the Constitution. The House judiciary committee should commence an impeachment inquiry. As Alexander Hamilton advised in the Federalist Papers, an impeachable offense is a political crime against the nation. Cheney's multiple crimes against the Constitution clearly qualify.

Cheney by far because rove always considers the popularity of an Idea or plan .

Thats why he has jumped ship so he can write a book and get his name back as a political campaign manager again . He will write an insiders tell all book about how he tried to persuade Bush And Cheney into doing what the people wanted That Rumsfield fought hard to bring the troops home but had to stay the course publicly and support Bush .
That dozens of generals who retired and left begged Bush to pull out and that many people tried to stop this mad man but no one was able .

It was a nightmare working in the Bush WHITE HOUSE and he is glad to be out .

Just give him some time .

Rove. He influenced more people over time. He is the evil architect of neoconism and the idea of a one party government like the Nazis or Communists. His departure will not be soon enough for Bush and Cheney to repair the damage and save their legacy.

I think Rove. He's way too smart and sneaky. Everyone pretty much recognizes Cheney as the thug that he is.

Cheney!

Rove is gone, so Cheney is the only one left propping up George.

Man drinks and goes hunting, and it's not the fisrt time he's shot somebody "accidentally", serious disregard for anyone other then himself. Moron.

Both... there are so very many reasons..♦ both are self serving sociopaths with evil intent.♦ Don't be fooled just because they made it look like Rove left the building he is not really gone. He is just hiding behind the curtain of deception.

Rove's life is about payback to the liberal Americans he hated. He acused the rules of decency and diplomacy as being slanted to the left to justify his sociopathic agenda.
