The way that they're doing it is completely legal because they are streaming it to you and not letting you download it. The difference is that you can't save the song to your computer while its streaming, you have to download it to put it on your iPod or whatever. Its safer and legal, but not as convenient as LimeWire or eMule because you can only listen to it, not keep it. Creative idea though.

File sharing is legal as long as you're not sharing content you don't own (copyrighted works, software, music) or illegal content (like child porn)
