I've never tasted either. And they are not equivalent: Meatavitavegamins, a multi-vitamin supplement sold by Lucy in one episode of "I Love Lucy," was a tonic, not intended to be one's major source of protein. Soylent green was a major source of protein. So were the people who ate it.
