Rey Mysterio is not a good wrestler.
Paul London is one of the best.

I would guess Sabu because he went all the way being death defyling but Rey Mysterio is also good, and don't forget Jeff Hardy. That's a tough one, all three of them great and have shown many different moves.
JBL was right though. Someone as big as Kane should not be allowed to fly off the top rope.
