Is so, what kind of case was it? What was the verdict?

I've been practicing law over 13 and I've never been selected for a jury, yet I would gladly serve if picked.

No, I get called in at least twice a year only to sit in a room and wait all day until they come in and tell us that the defendant pleaded out.

Yes. I served back in 1979. Two robbery cases - they received prison time. One car injury - the man injured received very little in damages.

No, I have not. I was on a jury pool earlier this year, but I was not selected to be on the jury.

Yes.

Violation of the CA Penal Code sec. 288(a) and 288a(a) and (c).

Not guilty.

Note- Very vague case. It was a tough one.

No. I just tell them that I don't believe in passing judgment upon others and I never have to go.

Charge - drug possession
Verdict - guilty

A cross dresser that claimed the officers couldn't be sure it was him because he was dressed as a female......whatever!
