Security Question?

I am a teenager setting up an ice-cream stand soon. I can't always be there, so I'm planning to employ a couple friends. How can I make sure that they're not taking money or giving free cones away, as I might not always be there afterwards to check? I don't have a cash register. Thanks in advance

That's always a problem in retail ... you either must have good controls (which you don't have), or hire only people you can trust.
