For safety reasons, of course. Who wants someone to get hit by a car while ordering their food at a drive-thru? As for the other answer in which if there was a "hot chick" ordering at the drive-thru, what "hot chick" would be ordering food (by herself) at 2:00 in the morning? BTW: The only women out on the streets at that hour of the night are either prostitutes, or women who have a man nearby with not-so-good intentions, and might be trying to set you up to be robbed.

i think it closes at 10 or 11 and opens about 11

it closes at 12 in many locations but it depends on where u live

a select few are 24 hour restaurants, but many have strange hours, like 7am - 11pm, 6am - 1am, 12:15pm - 6:20pm
