I remember hearing him comment on this question while doing an interview for a film. He said something like, "A lot of women think I'm gay. I like letting them try to change me".
So, I would say that he is eluding to the fact that he is straight.
Celebrities need to use every weapon in their arsenals to gain the spotlight. If Kevin can keep people wondering about his sexual orientation, people will talk about him, and he'll continue to be in the spotlight.
Personally, I think he is gay. But, then again, he is a very good actor and how would we know?

I dont think, I know he is gay. He came out of the closet years ago.
