I'm 27, so I think I am part of gen y and don't consider myself a failure , but yes many my age and younger don't seem to know what to do with themselves. They need constant reasurrance and guidance. I do believe that there is a trickle down effect with non-discipline believing parents who want their children to have it all, but do none of the leg work for it.

Because generation me was to self absorbed to take time to be parents and teach us what we need to know. Now we are trying to figure out life by ourselves with no guidance and we don't understand half of what the older generation believes and we have to work harder to overcome their mistakes and prejudices.
