It is commonly associated with Cockney ryming slang, i.e. Hackney Wick = Dick = Penis.
In truth though, the expression "getting on my wick", probably has more to do with the wick in candles or oil lanterns that were used in the past.
If dirt got on the wick whilst it was burning, it would cause the light to flutter, and could then be said to be an irritant, or to cause irritation.
Hence the meaning of "getting on your wick", as being 'getting on your nerves' or 'causing you irritation'.
Anyone who disagrees with this answer by the way, should just watch out, 'cos I might just send the boys round wiv a bunch of fives for them !!!

A candle wick is a wick specifically adapted for use in a candle. A candle wick works by providing a mechanism, known as capillary action, to transport the fuel, typically melted candle wax, to the flame. When the liquid fuel reaches the flame it then vaporizes and burns

I've heard "wick" used as slang for the male sex organ. I think that might be of British origin.
"Getting on my wick" sounds more like the popular saying "getting on my nerves" but it could be a sexual reference. You need to consider the context of the expression.
