It's not to much how many you have to get, it's how many you get within a certain period of time.
For example.
If you get three in a month, you're gone. If you get one per month, every month, your account will be fine.
It's how many times you break the rules in a given period of time, not how many total violations you get.

I have just been given one for saying NO, how many you get before you get suspended I dont know but at this rate I not be around for long.

depends on the mood of their admins.
i got suspended one time without any violation.

I've had six today already, they were all waiting for me when I logged on, so I don't think it's the number, but the seriousness of the violation.
