You need to get more serious about your school work and spend the time necessary to get good grades. Study with no distractions. If you are weak in a subject such as math actually spend some time going back and learning what you didn't learn last year because it is a subject that progressively builds upon itself. It is the same with languages if you have started that yet. Good Luck!

If possible, read the text before the teacher goes over it and take notes. That way you'll know what you have questions about and can get them answered in class.
Either way, taking notes makes it easier to remember things.

Sit toward the front of the class and pay attention to what is being taught. Be sure to complete all you assignments on time.
