There is no need for me to repeat the definitions. The first answer clearly defines each act as does the third. I am going to disagree with just one thing said and that is that it is illegal when you're under age. Age has no bearing on the legality only the severity of the sentence when found guilty. Rape, is illegal at any age, even in the case of a married couple if the husband forces himself on an unwilling legally married wife it is still Rape and prosecutable. The age does make a major difference in this way however, a girl can give consent to a person 18 or older and it is still classified as rape. Here in the US having sexual intercourse with a female 12 years or younger is a Capital Crime even if she begged you to.
Sexual molestation also is illegal regardless of age. For instance, a man and woman meet in a night club. The woman drinks too much and they leave on the drive she is passing in and out and her takes advantage of this to fondle her sexually yet no intercourse occurs. If she senses she is being violated and remembers or say a policeman pulls up beside them at a red light as he is doing this he is still chargeable.
Sexual harassment is also illegal even in the adult world when taken to the extreme such as flashing ones self at another. It is a fire able offense in the work place even on a minor level and is also grounds for a law suit for damages received mentally by the person on the receiving end. Anyone engaging it this activity should be avoided with great effort even if the offense wasn't directed at you personally.

molesting is when a man has sex with a child under the age and tells this kid be quiet or i will hurt your parents i will give you candy etc stuff like that its still in ways force but generally its from someone you know and are around.
sexual harrassment is when an individual sees two kissing and he know they aren't married. there are so many kinds when a guy whistles to a girl on the side walk. follows a person all over and calls and breathe on the phone. these are harrassment. its all against the law.
