My ex owes $25,000+ in back child support. He pays $100 every now and then (maybe once a year) to keep himself out of jail. We really need the money, how do I go about collecting it? I do have a judgement against him.

Go hold him hostage! Rob him blind and pawn everything! LOL! I don't know $100 a year shouldn't be enough to keep him out of jail. You should be able to put a warrant out on him!
