My poor cyber daughter-in-law. You take some ibuprofen and put some heat on your poor arm. I suggest that you take the ibuprofen with your alcoholic beverage of choice. Then you lie down and watch some sappy movie. Don't get up unless you absolutely have to. Elevate your arm and wimper if anyone even looks like they want you to do something besides lie there.
I think it is outrageous that you were made to suffer through this. You can also put a cool cloth on your head if need be.
