Depends on who you want to ask. If you want a professional, you need to consider seeing a therapist. If your just wanting advice...THIS is a good place. Yes...you're going to get the occasional moron who will give you a smart-as* answer, but for the most part, people really do want to help.

I don't know of any but google it and see...when you find a site do some research on it. check out yahoo groups too there may be a group there that will be of some help to you.
